Ashok Lahoty, Son of Om Prakash Lahoty is an active politician in Indian politics. He is the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan representing the constituency of Sanganer. He belongs to the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was also an elected mayor of the Jaipur Nagar Nigam for the period of 2016-2018, president of the state university (University of Rajasthan) for the period of 2000-01.
